More than just workouts, our class methods are integrative experiences that drive you into the present moment. Our instructors will motivate and challenge you to discover what lives on the other side of your comfort zone. Every class is a celebration of what we can accomplish as individuals when we come together as a community - RITUAL members are supportive, high-vibe and strong AF.

We encourage each other to discover the best versions of ourselves.

 

BOUNCE / BOUNCE + LIFT 

All BOUNCE workouts are done on a rebounder (also called a mini trampoline). This vigorous, heart-pumping class is equal parts challenge and fun. BOUNCE splices low impact/ high intensity cardio intervals on the rebounder, with sculpting and creative calisthenics to tone and strengthen the entire body. BOUNCE + LIFT splits the cardio and sculpt portions of class right down the middle.

RUSH 

RUSH is our circuit-based class that utilizes alternating timed intervals of HIIT and weight work that will transform you on every level. Burn fat, build muscle; change body composition quickly.

INFRARED MAT PILATES

The name says it all: it's Pilates-based movements on a mat, under infrared heat. It's strengthening, lengthening, stabilizing and sweaty. We employ body weight and small equipment to facilitate a full body workout that will leave you feeling more connected and engaged.

We highly recommend this class to all bodies and abilities. It is especially helpful for those recovering from injury, or for anyone who requires a no-impact workout. This class is a great way to balance out our more rigorous and cardio-forward methods.

RITUAL YOGA

Explore postures and movements that connect in intuitive and intelligent ways. We place emphasis on stability and focused strength; expand and stretch the physical and subtle bodies. This class can be modified to accommodate any level of practice.

YIN + RESTORE

This deeply relaxing practice is part YIN, part RESTORATIVE. We utilize the intense, but highly effective method of long holding times in passive (mostly seated) poses. Postures are held to facilitate pliancy of the connective tissues. Add in bolsters and other props for a restorative take; completely support the body to receive a total reboot for the nervous system.
